Christchurch → Queenstown → Christchurch

Christchurch arrival
- Visit Lake Tekapo, Church of the Good Shepherd.
- Afternoon: Hot pools at Tekapo Springs.
- Evening: Dark Sky stargazing tour.
Christchurch → Tekapo (3 hrs)
- Walk the Hooker Valley Track (glacier views).
- Optional: Scenic flight with glacier landing.
- Evening at Sir Edmund Hillary Centre.
Tekapo → Mt Cook Village (1.5 hrs)
- Drive via Lindis Pass & Cromwell fruit stalls.

Milford Sound Day Trip (12 hrs)
- Stops: Arrowtown, Cardrona Hotel.
- Activities: Hike Roy’s Peak or Mt Iron, or kayak Lake Wanaka.

Queenstown → Wanaka (1 hr)
- Scenic drive via Haast Pass, Blue Pools, Thunder Creek Falls.
- Evening: Franz Josef Hot Pools.
Wanaka → Franz Josef (5 hrs)
